We cannot wait to see you all at the conference and celebrate together again, the phenomenal progress and triumphs we’ve all been making together this past year as a family! We also can’t wait to share with all of you the exciting things to come!
Now, before you make your way to Las Vegas, we would like to let you know about some important details in preparation for the Annual Conference.
Your Event Packet number and instructions should have been sent to your email address if you have purchased any tickets and/or any pre-order item. If you have not received this, please contact Customer Care via the online ticketing system
Key West Ballroom – The Palms Casino Resort
Friday, August 24
From 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Be sure to stop by registration anytime between 10:00 AM & 9:00 PM pm on Friday to pick up your Event Packets, pre-ordered t-shirts and pre-ordered headsets.
Your Event Packets will include:
A valid form of ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.) is required to pick up your Event Packet
- Event badge & lanyard
- Event Wristbands (required for entry to each event)
- Pre-ordered meal tickets
- Pre-ordered t-shirt pickup slips
- Pre-ordered translation headset pickup slips
The Pearl Theater – Palms Casino Resort
No Food or Drinks allowed in the Pearl Theater
Day 1 - Saturday, August 25
Doors open at 8:30 AM
Day 2 - Sunday, August 26
Doors open at 9:00 AM
- Saturday Conference– Business Casual
- Sunday Conference– 2012 YOR Health T-shirt recommended (any YOR Health T-shirt acceptable)
Translation headsets must be returned after the Sunday Conference in the Key West Ballroom.
Any damaged or lost headsets will be charged $100.00 USD
Rain Nightclub – Palms Casino Resort
Saturday, August 25
7:00-10:00 PM (open to public after 10:00 PM)
Early line up at 6:00 PM highly suggested
Dinner served from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Club attire (no sneakers, no baseball caps, etc.)
Rain Nightclub is 21 and over only. You must have a valid ID to enter.
